User Safety Guide: Staying Safe on Mintable and in the Metaverse

We care deeply about your safety and want to ensure you're protected from scams, phishing, and other fraudulent activity.

🛑 General Safety Rules

  • Mintable staff will NEVER:

    • Send you private messages (DMs) on Discord, Telegram, or social media

    • Ask for your wallet seed phrase, QR code, or private keys

    • Ask you to send cryptocurrency or NFTs for “verification” or “processing”

    • Share suspicious links or request that you click or scan anything

    • Contact you privately for “Giveaways,” “Private Auctions,” or “Tech Support”

🚨 Never share your seed phrase or sign suspicious transactions. This is the #1 cause of wallet compromise.
